Build with us
Signal Send is early, customer-funded, and built by people who like owning outcomes — not waiting for a ticket to move through three teams.
We help marketing teams turn messy CSV exports into segmented, personalized campaigns they can actually send — with clear data controls, AI-assisted planning, and export into the tools they already use. The product is real, the customers are real, and the problems are concrete: bad columns, nervous legal reviews, ESP handoffs, and lists that should have been cleaned months ago.
This is not a big-company job with a narrow lane. You will ship, talk to users, fix what breaks, and help decide what we build next. We move quickly because we have to — and because the people here prefer momentum over process theater.

Junior Software Engineer — Campaign Platform
ApplyHelp build the core product: CSV ingestion, contact library, AI-assisted segmentation, copy guardrails, and export into the senders marketers already use. You'll write code that ships to real users this week — not next quarter.
You'll join as a builder on a lean product team. That means features, bug fixes, customer-reported edge cases, and the occasional "this CSV has seventeen different spellings of Company Name" fire drill. We don't have a platform squad and a growth squad — we have people who care about the product and the people using it.
What you'll do
- Ship features across our Next.js app, API routes, and Postgres-backed workflows — from UI polish to data model changes.
- Improve CSV ingestion, column mapping, deduplication, the contact library, and campaign export paths.
- Work on AI-assisted segmentation and copy generation with guardrails marketers can trust — human review stays in the loop.
- Investigate production issues, write clear fixes, and leave the codebase a little better than you found it.
- Join customer calls occasionally when engineering context helps — or when something you built needs a human explanation.
- Participate in product decisions: what's worth building, what's a workaround, and what should wait.
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of professional software experience, or strong personal projects and side builds you can walk us through.
- Comfort with TypeScript/JavaScript and genuine interest in full-stack web development.
- Evidence you've shipped something — even small — without a committee signing off on every line.
- Curiosity about data quality, marketing workflows, and tools non-engineers actually enjoy using.
- Clear written communication. You'll explain tradeoffs in Slack, not just in standup.
- Calm under small-team pressure: priorities shift, customers write in, and we adapt without drama.
A typical week
Morning might be a PR review and a bug from a customer's upload. Afternoon could be pairing on a new filter UI or tightening an export column. You'll rarely wonder what you're supposed to be doing — the roadmap is short and the feedback is direct.
Nice to have
- · Experience with React, Next.js, SQL, or REST APIs.
- · Side projects involving CSVs, email, CRMs, automation, or LLM-assisted tools.
- · You've been the person who fixed prod on a Saturday and didn't make it someone else's problem.
- · Interest in MarTech, lifecycle marketing, or the messy reality of contact data.

Implementation & Growth Manager
ApplyOwn the journey from first CSV upload to first trusted export — and help the right teams become long-term customers. Part onboarding, part solutions consulting, part sales: you're the person who makes Signal Send click for marketers who don't have time for another tool that overpromises.
You're the bridge between what we built and what a marketing team needs today. That means live demos, working sessions, troubleshooting messy data, and turning objections into product feedback. When a prospect says "our list is a disaster," you don't flinch — you roll up your sleeves and show them a path forward.
What you'll do
- Run onboarding for new accounts: data mapping, audience strategy, protect/setup choices, and export into their ESP.
- Lead discovery calls and product demos — show the workflow, not a generic slide deck.
- Handle inbound interest: qualify fit, explain limits honestly, and help good-fit teams get to value fast.
- Be the voice of the customer internally — clear, specific feedback that engineering can act on.
- Document playbooks when you answer the same question twice: objection handling, CSV prep, common ESP exports.
- Partner on lightweight growth experiments: outreach hooks, case-style writeups, referral moments from happy users.
- Jump on issues when a customer is stuck — even if it's "just" a spreadsheet formatting problem.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, account management, or a sales-engineer-adjacent role.
- You've worked on a small team where you wrote the doc, ran the call, and updated the CRM entry yourself.
- Comfort talking to marketers about lists, segments, copy, compliance nerves, and send workflows — not just feature lists.
- Strong live communication: you can share screen, think aloud, and stay calm when a demo goes sideways.
- Organized and proactive — you follow up without being chased and you close loops.
- Bias toward action over process. You'd rather get a customer unblocked than schedule a sync about syncing.
A typical week
One day you're onboarding a lifecycle marketer through their first segment plan; the next you're on a call with a founder evaluating us for their team. You'll carry a short list of active accounts, know where each one is stuck, and ping engineering when something is a product gap vs. a training gap.
Nice to have
- · Background in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand gen, or MarTech.
- · Hands-on experience with ESPs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Customer.io, etc.) or CSV-heavy ops.
- · You've sold or implemented B2B software where the buyer was skeptical and the data was ugly.
- · Comfort writing short, clear emails and internal notes — no corporate fog.
