Klaviyo and GA4

Klaviyo stays the email connection. GA4 adds tracked website outcomes for the same workspace. Link a row only when its campaign, source, and medium match the UTMs on the Klaviyo email. Sessions are not clicks, and this is not person-level attribution.

GA4 is off on this server. Set GA4_INTEGRATION_ENABLED and PERFORMANCE_TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY. Steps are in docs/klaviyo-ga4-setup.md.

The Google OAuth client is not set on this server yet. Add GA4_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID, GA4_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET, and GA4_OAUTH_REDIRECT_URI.
