Terms of Service

Last updated August 17, 2026. These terms are a straightforward operating baseline for Signal Send while the full legal set is being finalized.

1. Using Signal Send

Signal Send helps you upload contact lists, organize audiences, generate campaign recommendations, and export materials for your own marketing workflow. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with data you are permitted to use. Signal Send is not an email service provider. We do not send, schedule, or deliver email or SMS for you.

2. Your data and responsibility

You are responsible for the data you upload, including contact information, notes, and any protected or regulated information. You must have the right to process and use that data, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before sending any campaign in the tool you already use (for example Klaviyo).

3. AI-generated output

Signal Send may generate segments, suggestions, summaries, and copy using AI systems. These outputs are provided to assist your workflow, but they may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for final review, approval, and compliance before use.

4. Integrations, including Klaviyo

If you connect Klaviyo, you authorize Signal Send to access that account using the permissions shown on Klaviyo’s consent screen. We may read lists and profiles when you import an audience, write segment membership onto matching profiles, create or update lists, and optionally create email templates from copy you approved. We do not send or schedule campaigns. You remain responsible for what you send in Klaviyo and for complying with Klaviyo’s terms and applicable email law. Connecting an integration is optional; you can export a workbook or CSV instead. Disconnecting in Signal Send revokes our tokens. Signal Send is an independent product and is not a Klaviyo partner, preferred app, or official Klaviyo service unless Klaviyo has given written approval to say so.

5. Subprocessors

We use third parties to operate the service, including OpenAI (generation), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Render (application and database hosting), Stripe (payments, if you pay), and Klaviyo (only if you connect). Details, storage region, and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Accounts, credits, and billing

Some features may require an account, prepaid balance, or a subscription. Credits, if offered, are used to access certain processing features and may be promotional, purchased, or manually granted. Subscription access, including any unlimited plan, is subject to active payment status and may change or end if billing fails or a subscription is canceled.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Signal Send to violate applicable law, send unlawful or deceptive campaigns, infringe rights, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the product, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

8. Service availability

Signal Send is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, storage permanence, or error-free operation. If the service is unavailable, we will notify customers when we reasonably can (for example by email or a notice on the site).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Send is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Signal Send after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
